Submission-Cancellation or order

To cancel any order you should send an email at lalupadesigns.orders@gmail.com This option is available until the time you are notified about your order’s delivery.

After this point, cancellation is not possible.

Payment of all orders can be completed in the following ways

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of AlphaBank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding theinformation until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

In case your card has been proven to have been used fraudulently, your charge may be cancelled on request to the bank which has issued your card, and which is responsible for further investigating your complaint. For this reason, you are obliged to immediately inform the bank which has issued your card in case you notice any fraudulent use , so that its use by people with no authority can be blocked.

Method-Time of delivery

The jewellery which you have bought  are carefully packaged and sent as soon as possible via Elta Hellenic Post and ACS courrier in Greece and via the Elta Hellenic Post worldwide.

The amount of days for a product to be created is 7-10 days due to excessive amount of work and the fact that it is handmade.Therefore delivery days are not included in this period of time but are added: Therefore we have

  • Delivery in 1 day within the region of Attica ,Greece

  • Delivery in 1-3 days to the rest of the prefectures in Greece.

  • Delivery in up to 5 days to remote areas in Greece.

  • Delivery in 5-10 days within the continents of Europe, Australia and America.

The delivery times are indicative, since potential extreme weather conditions or other cases of force majeure could delay the delivery.

Transactions can take place everyday, with the exception of weekends and official holidays.

Prices of products

The prices shown in the relevant lists next to each product include VAT (24%).

These prices refer to the quantity of the products which are available at La Lupa Designs storage.

La Lupa Designs reserves the right to readjust the prices.

Return policy

You may return an item within 14 calendar days of the date your order was delivered.

It is essential that the item is in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery, not having suffered chafing or other damage, being accompanied by the receipt and sent in an envelop marked “Return”.

In case of return, you are charged with the cost of delivery in relation to returns of products and  lalupadesigns.com will reimburse you the total amount of the returned products’ price as well as delivery costs, within 30 calendar days of the day of delivery and using the same payment method that has been selected during ordering.
